1. Quotes
Every quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless the quote says otherwise, and all quantities are confirmed against live stock when you place your order.
2. Minimum orders and pack sizes
Each product is sold in the ordering unit shown on its page, such as a case, pack or single piece. Orders must meet the minimum order and follow the pack increment shown, which is why quantities on this site adjust automatically to the nearest valid amount.
3. Orders
An order is accepted when we send written confirmation. Orders for stocked lines confirmed before 14:00 on a working day are packed the same day. Bespoke colours, branding and non-stocked lines follow the lead time on your quote.
4. Delivery
We deliver across the UK and Europe by pallet or parcel. Delivery charges and dates are shown on your quote. Please check every delivery against the delivery note and record any shortages or visible damage before signing.
5. Payment
Approved trade accounts pay within 30 days of the end of the invoice month. Orders from customers without an account are paid in full before dispatch. We accept bank transfer and major cards.
6. Breakages and returns
Report breakages or faults within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or credit the affected items. Unused stocked items in their original cases can be returned within 30 days for a credit, minus a 10 percent restocking charge.
7. Product information
Glazes are fired in a kiln and every batch varies slightly, which is part of their character. Dimensions, capacities and weights are nominal and may differ by a few millimetres. Ask for a sample before large orders where an exact match matters.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
