1. Who we are
Kilnward Supply Co. supplies tableware and glassware to restaurants, hotels and cafe groups from Unit 4, Saltworks Yard, Northport NP4 7KW. We decide how the personal details described here are used and we are responsible for looking after them.
2. What we collect
When you send a quote request or an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery postcode, the date you need goods by and any notes. Quote requests also include the products, SKUs and quantities on your list.
Like most websites we also receive basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, which helps us keep the site fast and reliable.
3. Your quote list
The products you add to a quote or comparison are saved in your own browser so your list is still there when you come back. This list contains product details only. Your name, email and other contact details are never saved in the browser and are only sent when you submit a form. Clear your list at any time with Clear quote.
4. How we use your details
We use your details to reply to you, prepare pricing and availability, process orders, arrange delivery and manage your trade account. With your permission we may also send occasional updates about new ranges. We never sell your details.
5. Who we share them with
We share details only with the providers who help us run the business, such as our website and form host, email service, accounting software and delivery partners. Each one handles your details under a written agreement and only for the purpose we set.
6. How long we keep them
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active and then for the period required for tax and accounting.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email trade@kilnward.example and we will respond within one month.
